Delivery within Ukraine is provided exclusively by Nova Poshta; there is no in-store pickup. This positively impacts the store's pricing policy.
Your order will be shipped to you cash on delivery no later than the next day after you place your order. Delivery typically takes 1-2 days.
When you receive your order at a Nova Poshta branch, you can inspect and try it on to ensure you're completely satisfied with the quality, the size, etc. Only then can you pay for the parcel in cash or by card. If something doesn't fit, simply refuse the parcel; you won't have to pay anything. Notify us using any convenient method, and we'll rectify the situation as quickly as possible, for example, by sending you shoes in a different size.
Parcels are sent every day.
If you place an order before 2:30 PM, your parcel will be sent to you on the same day. If you place an order after 2:30 PM, your parcel will be sent the next day. Delivery typically takes 1-2 days from the date of order placement. Cash/card payment - upon receipt after inspection and fitting. Delivery is charged according to Nova Poshta rates, separately from the cost of the goods. Delivery and the cost of the goods are paid upon receipt, after inspection and fitting of the goods at the Nova Poshta branch. In some cases, an advance payment of up to 150 UAH may be required when placing an order. The manager will notify you of this, if necessary, when confirming the order. At your request, delivery is possible with full prepayment of the cost of the goods, which will significantly reduce the cost of delivery. After the goods have been sent, you will receive an SMS with a unique number for your parcel (TTN). Using this number, you can always track the location of your goods, the date of their arrival, and the cost of delivery on the Nova Poshta website.Payment for goods:
- Payment for the goods occurs upon receipt (cash on delivery) - in cash/by card at the Nova Poshta office, or to the Nova Poshta courier;
- The customer pays the delivery cost upon receipt, separately from the parcel price, according to Nova Poshta's rates. In some cases, an advance payment of up to 200 UAH may be required to place an order.
- If you prefer, you can pay for the item in advance (prepayment), which will significantly save you on shipping costs. However, by default, all parcels are shipped to customers with cash on delivery (payment upon receipt of the item after inspecting and trying on the shoes).
